Investment Strategy

The objective for LyvWell is to develop thoughtfully planned wellness communities across the Southeastern United States and Texas that focus on the overall wellbeing of families. Our strategy includes outsourcing ancillary activities such as property management, community design, and construction, and acquiring communities or phases of contiguous homes at CO.

We focus internally on identifying quality sites in quality markets, adding value to the land through entitlements, and curating a competitive final product. LyvWell is a lean organization, and we pride ourselves on being a “buyer-of-choice” to brokers and sellers.

Deal criteria

• Target Markets – Atlanta, Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Charleston, Columbia, Raleigh, Charlotte, Nashville

• CO Deals – entire communities or phases of communities with a minimum of 60 single family detached homes or 80 townhomes

• Land – raw land, entitled land, or finished lots (8+ acres)

• Proximity – close to major grocery chains, retail shopping, and large employment nodes
